Roxanne Drolet
Senior Producer
Roxanne’s diverse and extensive creative career has spanned a variety of media and garnered her numerous industry awards. Whether writing copy for a campaign, composing the music for it, or managing the team developing it, Roxanne brings her unique capability to hone in on the heart of a brand, and then devise inspired ways to sell it.
Before joining the Sassafras team, Roxanne was executive producer at DMI Music & Media Networks in Los Angeles, where she wrote and produced online, in-flight, in-store, and audio marketing programs for Delta Airlines, General Mills, National CineMedia (AMC, Cinemark, and Regal Theaters), Subway, Kohl’s, Wyndham Hotels, and many other national and international brands. Her ability to understand not only each brand but the peculiarities and strengths of each communication medium, and how best to capitalize on them, kept her heavily involved throughout each phase of a project, from concept development, pre-and post-production and even translation for final asset delivery to overseas markets.
Prior to her work at DMI, Roxanne was at CBS Radio (Formerly Infinity Broadcasting Corporation) where she was recruited to help start the internal agency for the NTR Altitude Group. Her campaigns for Fortune 500 brands like Coca-Cola, Sony, Procter & Gamble, Verizon, AT&T, Home Depot, UPS, Pfizer, and Chrysler reached over 72 million people per week through online, on-air, and event marketing.
Roxanne’s work has earned her numerous industry awards, including Communicator and Telly Awards for her work on Internet safety PSA’s for the National Cable Television Association, an Addy award for her work on behalf of Heineken Latin America, and recognition for her development of Guiltless Gourmet’s online presence, which won Inc. Magazine’s best Web site among their choices for the 500 fastest growing companies.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Roxanne has also composed music for Film (Anything Once), TV (NBC’s The Black Donnellys), and theater (off-Broadway productions of The Star Play, The Tempest, Love’s Labour’s Lost, and Titus Andronicus). Her commercial credits include music for clients such as Heineken, Paradisus Resorts, and Pelican Bay.
